The Facts

Low Mood and Anxiety will affect 3 in 5

Our Aims

Depression is an illness which does not discriminate

Kintsugi Hope is a life skills course nationally recognised to support people who struggle with anxiety and low mood which can often lead to depression.  It is an eight week course, each weekly class lasts for 90 mins.  It is run locally by our own fully trained volunteers. It is used to help people deal with life on a day to day basis by the use of provided materials and resources.  We have successfully completed pilot courses and are confident that by self and professional referral, completing the course will make a real difference to the lives of those taking part.

Many will simply try to live with the symptoms when help is available

Many people simply try to live with low mood and anxiety.  This can often lead to more severe mental health issues if no interventions are found.  Many see low mood and anxiety as something they simply live with, where the truth is that it does not have to be that way.

We are currently welcoming applications for our next group of classes which start on 6th November at 6.30pm.
