Welcome to Like-minded. Here you can connect with other members who suffer from anxiety, low mood and depression. This is a self-support group where you support one another other, share experiences, find encouragement and make friends with like-minded people. We are a self-support group based in Coseley, all adults are welcome to join the online group whether you live in Coseley or not.
The Group goes live on Monday the 10th of August.
This group is not facilitated by a professional.

Group Rules
Respect one another
Everyone has a different point of view so feel free to respectfully disagree. Please be kind and courteous at all times.
Be respectful of others’ privacy
Being in this group depends on our trust of one another. Some discussions may be sensitive or contain sensitive information, so what’s said in the group should stay in the group.
No sales or spam
No selling to or spamming other members is allowed in this group. Anyone who does so will be subject to immediate removal.
No harassment of any kind
Bullying, targeting, or attacking a member of this group is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
No Advice
We will not give one another advice. Only encourage, share tips and experiences but leave decision making to the member. Advice is to be given by professional bodies only.
No-one can monopolize the group
Each member will be allowed to have their time to share something, giving equal opportunity for each person to speak. This is group is for each member and not focused on one individual but all of us.
No bad language
Please don't use swearing/cursing in any of your comments or posts, otherwise this could mean immediate removal from the group.
